I had decided to move to Bullhead, so I asked a friend if he would recommend the agent that assisted him when he moved here. He told me to only use Arlene Miller. He was right! I called Arlene, introduced myself and we had a discussion. During our talk she asked me a series of questions trying to establish my parameters. I have to admit she listened. A few days later we met up and she had a list of homes for me to view. The last home of the day was it. She found the perfect home for me. Once we entered contract, Arlene kept me informed and updated. I could not make the final inspection, so she face timed me and walked through the house showing the work that had been completed. She even went to city hall and found permits for a couple of add ons to my house. I highly recommend Arlene if you are looking to buy a house. You will not be disappointed. Joey was there for me when I was a completely stressed out and nervous seller! I was planning a cross country move and had so many tasks to do; Joey handled all the details!
