I would recommend Tina for any of your real estate needs. We decided to sell our house putting up signs and listing on line. She reached out to us right away letting us know the current selling information in the area and offered to help us sell the house. Her knowledge of the area, work ethic and confidence that she could sell the house right away was impressive and she did just that. The house sold right away. Tina was in daily contact with us as we went through the purchase of our home. She also went out of her way to allow the painter and flooring installer access to the house after settlement ( but before we were able to move in.) She went back after they left and made sure doors were locked. Now that we've moved in she invited me to join her for the garden club luncheon so I can meet more neighbors.
