I was looking for a new house but didn't know any realtors. I reached out to Chris. He was fierce in assisting me look for homes. He found some that were within the parameters I gave him but none of them "called" to me. I found a house that had just posted the day I was looking and presented that to Chris. He immediately contacted the agent and was able to go out to the house the same day. I was not able to go with him so he took video of the property and sent it over to me and included his thoughts on the property based on his experience and expertise. Given how he presented the home and his guidance I made an offer on the home that same day. That was a Wednesday. The owner was taking only the biggest and best offer. That Saturday Chris called me and told me that my offer had been accepted! Chris was once again fierce on my behalf through all of the negotiations. He walked me through EVERY step of the process. He made sure to take the time to talk to me in a way that I would understand as I am new to this process. He helped me with some issues with the home with the former owners. He fought for me every step of the way. On the day of the closing, knowing that I was anxious and nervous, he went with me. He sat with me through the whole closing. Just having him there put me at ease as I knew that he had only my best interests at heart. I would recommend Chris to ANYONE that was thinking of buying a home. He is honest and truly fights for his clients. He wants to make sure that you get into the home that you want. He is not in it just for the money. He never pushed me into anything and talked me through everything. He was knowledgeable about the process and looked out for my best interests at every turn.
