We meet Chris unexpectedly driving in a neighborhood looking for a home that was for sale. Chris was holding an open house so we decided to stop in. His humble personality and his willingness to understand our situation is what made us trust that he could help us. Our first home Chris took us too was the home we decided to apply for. He showed us more homes but we kept going back to that first home. There were some things we couldn't understand concerning the buying process but Chris did everything he could to listen and help. He listed our home on June 8th and we signed a contract on June 10th. Throughout the process that followed, he was always available and happy to answer questions and respond to enquiries. I had the pleasure to work with Daphne Roman, I was in a difficult position, trying to sell my family home emotionally and physically. I was recommended by another client of Daphne’s, when I called her, she immediately called me back and set up a time for us to meet, we walked-through the property and discussed the best options for me at that time. She was very knowledgeable of the neighborhood, and the condition of the home. She’s bilingual which made my life so much easier. Within the first week she had it listed and had a open house and we had several offers the first and second week. By the end of the second week we had an offer.
