Kevin showed us three houses. First house was at the bottom of our price range, second was at the top of our price range, and the third just the right price and size. He got us in to view our dream house, the third one, the day it went on the market. He walked us through the best options for purchasing and negotiations. After our offer was accepted we worked a lot with his assistant Tonya who is amazing as well. Together they made the buying process easy and enjoyable. We already recommended them to my sister. Highly recommend them to anyone who is wanted to buy a house in the area.
