Melissa was fantastic to work with. Her knowledge of waterfront properties AND secondary/vacation homes, paired with her knowledge of navigating the requirements of transacting on a condominium, were TOP SHELF. She stepped us through the process, with a keen eye for detail, preparing us several weeks in advance of listing. She was then able to get our home under contract within days of listing it. Not only did she perform spectacularly for us as the sellers, she helped walk the buyers and buyers’ agent through the process as well. Without a doubt Melissa is your “GO TO” REALTOR!

Experienced and Professional
Pat did an excellent job of working my sale in Brandon. With her years of experience, she has all the area contacts needed to allow the sale to go smoothly. Real Estate work can be complicated, but for me it was one the better experiences. Pat is an excellent communicator, and always answered her phone or email promptly when needed. One of the things that I found interesting is that she estimated the selling price of the home within $1.00 of the actual sale. Anyone looking for an experienced, reliable and honest realtor will not go wrong in working with Pat Comstock.

Excellent experience
When I decided to start looking for my 1st home I knew I wanted to call Melissa for help. I heard Melissa had the knowledge, experience, and advice to guide me in the process. Melissa will not let you make the wrong choice on homes or neighborhood and will advise that upfront! If you use Melissa to guide you through your home purchase you are making the right decision!
