The speed with which he successfully sold my house was incredible! He quickly identified a potential buyer who was touring nearby homes, and got them to add my property to their tour. I listed my home during the last week of March (when we were under a pandemic shelter-in-place order); it went under contract the first week of April; and closed the first week of May.
