We just relocated from California to Georgia. Our first visit was in January to buy a home and after asking for Realtor recommendations from friends and family on the east coast, Tripp's name was repeated a number of times. We communicated by phone several times to get a feel for what we wanted and after getting to know each other, he made a few suggestions as to where might be a good fit for us. We were met on time with the best smile and he was totally prepared. After visiting the second housing construction site, we bought a home on the first day, we were shocked. It was a new build and as you can imagine in these times there were delays after delays due to labor and supplies. My wife was in Ca and I had moved to Ga to open my new distribution center for my company in February, which made things more challenging be apart. Tripp was here to show alternative properties, having tough conversations with the builder to keep on our house completion on track, and to sometimes just to listen. We are finally in our new home, closing was last Wednesday. I was met with Tripp with a huge smile and congrats on finally signing docs.
