Shane sold our townhome in a down market and played a key role in finding our current home. The home we purchased was a short sale and during the entire process Shane's ability to communicate consistently, clearly and frequently took away a lot of the stress of home buying. For these reasons alone, I have referred Shane to many of my friends and co-workers who have actually gone on to use him. They would all have similar feedback. I would recommend Shane to anybody.
