Our house needed lots of repairs and was not ready by any means to Be sold, but Thu got a cash buyer and we did a short sale, as is. Thu successfully advised us to negotiate for a higher price than initially offered. Thu went to work helping us find an agent and brand new House in Oregon to move to. She helped us get a cash loan as our credit was bad, and with all of her help, we were able to find a great home, and work out a good loan on a 300K new house that Will last us through our retirement and until we die.
