Never knew her but contacted her to discuss what she could offer to sell my property "as is" on a timely manner and for the best offer. She did it with flying colors. Very firm yet very friendly and very resourceful. You won't regret hiring her to be your selling agent. She'll find solutions & answers to any problems or doubts you might have. Never regretted hiring her as my selling agent. Will for sure contact her again for any future real estate transactions either buying or selling.

We had the privilege to work with Thu for our 1st home. We are in and out of the market due to uncertainty, Thu has been very patience and understanding thru the course that spanning over 2 years. Finally, we have closed the deal in April with her professional support. Thu was extremely flexible with our appointments and with schedule tours especially after working hours and on weekends.

Thu provided us with an excellent service. We had about 20 tours of new listings before we purchased our new house. We were very happy to have Thu as our agent!

My husband retired and we decided to move to San Diego, Thu helped us get our home ready to sell and we listed it in October and she got our home sold in about 3 weeks! She helped find us a realtor in San Diego who helped us buy our new home, we couldn't be happier and she made the process so easy for us.

I am really happy with Thu. I asked her if she can look around for a property in 95121 area and she found one for me within 7 days and we got in contract right away without counter offer. I highly recommend Thu.

Thu is the most promising real estate agent we came across. She is always available to show you house on a very short notice. She won’t get tired of showing multiple houses until you find the right one for yourselves. She is very responsive to calls, texts or emails even at non working hours. She is energetic, smart, quick learner and a nice person. She keeps the process simple when it comes to writing offers and is a good guide in case of multiple counter offers. She suggests competitive numbers for writing offers so that you stay ahead in the competition without being an outlier. She guides you at every step right from writing offer through closure. I would highly recommend her for your real estate needs. Thank You
