Good agent!

Thu was great!
My husband retired and we decided to move to San Diego, Thu helped us get our home ready to sell and we listed it in October and she got our home sold in about 3 weeks! She helped find us a realtor in San Diego who helped us buy our new home, we couldn't be happier and she made the process so easy for us.

Thu is the most promising real estate agent we came across. She is always available to show you house on a very short notice. She won’t get tired of showing multiple houses until you find the right one for yourselves. She is very responsive to calls, texts or emails even at non working hours. She is energetic, smart, quick learner and a nice person. She keeps the process simple when it comes to writing offers and is a good guide in case of multiple counter offers. She suggests competitive numbers for writing offers so that you stay ahead in the competition without being an outlier. She guides you at every step right from writing offer through closure. I would highly recommend her for your real estate needs. Thank You
