•We first listed in late 2014 but due to the market, it did not sell. Rita found us a rental agent and we rented just over two years until the market improved. When we put it back on the market Rita went full tilt to get it sold. We got one offer that Rita said was very iffy but the second offer she got for us was for more than the asking price. Rita handled EVERYTHING and I mean everything as we were in Europe and could not do much in the way of inspections, repairs or even general upkeep. We highly recommend Rita and if we decide sell our second property or buy in the Reno/Sparks/Carson City area again, she is our first choice as an agent.
