Marla listed our condo despite us having current uncooperative tenants. She had to jump through hoops just to get pictures of the interior. We had offers that we refused, based on the bad situation with the renters. Marla understood and stuck with us. Tenants vacated and Marla was able to sell our unit. We were so appreciative of her hard work and patience!
