Professional Job

I am an out of state buyer. I contacted Marla on May 2023 and informed her that I am interested in buying a one bedroom one bathroom condominium in Tampa. Without hesitation, Marla made an excellent searched and contacted me . A set up for showing was made via FaceTime on several properties. First showing was excellent and a contract was made.

Absolutely Awesome!

Living in Kentucky and searching for a home in Florida is challenging to say the least! Marla made the experience easy and fun. With each home she toured with us, or for us virtually, she learned exactly what what were looking for and it showed! She connected us with service providers we needed after the sale to maintain the property, suggested tips to make our vacation home a breeze! Highly recommend her as an agent, and now a great friend. It was great having Marla as our selling agent!

Marla listed our condo despite us having current uncooperative tenants. She had to jump through hoops just to get pictures of the interior. We had offers that we refused, based on the bad situation with the renters. Marla understood and stuck with us. Tenants vacated and Marla was able to sell our unit. We were so appreciative of her hard work and patience!
