Shannon and her team were knowledgeable, patient, eternally helpful, gracious, and calming. Scott did a great job of marketing our house, and was always available to assist with some of the obscure real estate transaction details when we needed him. He also maintains a very strong market knowledge.

Where do I begin? When moving to the area Shannon Bowdy was my realtor ONLY to help us decide where we would eventually buy (we just signed a year rental lease).
