Shannon Bowdey was a joy to work with on my recent purchase of a condo in San Luis Obispo. Because of the quick sale of my home, I had only a matter of days to find a new place. Shannon was very professional and I was impressed with how she went "above and beyond," always finding a way to help me, mostly on short notice. I was exploring the whole County, not sure where I would end up at first. Shannon agreed to show me a few homes that I had spotted on Zillow, as I passed through town on my way to Santa Barbara. Then on my way home, she arranged for me to see the condo I would end up buying, on the spot, and then dropped whatever she was doing to rush over with the proper "Covid paperwork" so I could see it before i drove back to my home in the bay area. She kept in touch with me every step of the way, gladly attended the home and other inspections on my behalf, met me at the condo to welcome me on the day I moved in with a big key-took a great picture handing it me in front of the condo, etc. ....so cute and always with a big smile. I really appreciated Shannon's happy attitude. She was a pleasure to spend time with, upbeat and positive. Finally, I was also impressed with Shannon's expertise. When we sat down to write the offer on my condo, she had already prepared the report that compared other condos in the area. That report, together with her personal knowledge of the area, helped us easily/quickly determine the price we offered/was accepted. Shannon Bowdey is a great agent. Very knowledgeable and if she doesn't know something she will find out for you. She understood our needs and price range and showed us properties that fit well. We live 3 hours away, so when a surprisingly low priced house came on the market and was likely to go fast, Shannon went through the house and made a video of all the rooms, so we could decide if we wanted to make an offer.
