Our daughter and son in law had a wonderful experience when they purchased the home of their dreams with Jason’s help. Therefore when my husband and I started looking to relocate and downsize, Jason’s expertise came to mind immediately! He showed us many homes and condos taking into account our needs. We really appreciated his patience with us. Finally, a move became necessary while we were out of the state. Our daughter contacted Jason about a new home we liked in a development across the street from her. Jason immediately showed them the home on a Friday. We made a bid across the miles on Saturday that was accepted on Monday. Throughout the process Jason went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable about the purchase. Jason was in constant contact with us. He came to the home on several occasions to act on our behalf. Jason's reputation on Kelley's Island precedes him. He knows the island, he's knowledgable about renting/short-term rentals, and he cares a lot about the area. I am a property owner on Kelleys Island and have been looking for a lot to build a house due to the increasing size of my extended family.
