Jason was the perfect choice of the agent to work with on Kelleys Island. He knows the market, the history of the market, the people and owners on the island as well as a nuances of what each neighborhood offers. He really went above and beyond, taking her plane flights to show properties, communicating with the bank and seller, as well as recommending people to contact for Island services. Over the years we had missed out on a number of properties working with other agents. It finally came together working with Jason.

During the building process she was there for all decisions: during vendor meetings, VA loan questions, and selecting the best floor plan to meet our requirements. She also played a vital role in helping with the best selections to ensure we chose the proper ones to stay within our anticipated appraised value. But most importantly she made sure the timely of selling our prior home aligned with the one we built. Kerri was able to get us well over ask along with the post-close possession we needed.
