Our daughter and son in law had a wonderful experience when they purchased the home of their dreams with Jason’s help. Therefore when my husband and I started looking to relocate and downsize, Jason’s expertise came to mind immediately! He showed us many homes and condos taking into account our needs. We really appreciated his patience with us. Finally, a move became necessary while we were out of the state. Our daughter contacted Jason about a new home we liked in a development across the street from her. Jason immediately showed them the home on a Friday. From beginning to end- knowledgable, available, supportive. He was especially patient with our limited facility using on-line apps, bringing us paper copies when we needed it. He knows the community as well as the market and has great experience in selling properties. He listened to us carefully and could offer alternative strategies for us to choose from but his recommendations were spot on. We never felt pressured but we were guided in the right direction. We sold both the lot and the house for top dollar - a good recommendation by itself. Even after the sale and the closing he was there to help us with moving out. He is really a five star realtor.
