My daughter was looking to buy her first home and I needed somebody we could trust to lead her through the process of both purchasing a home and the first time taking on a mortgage loan. Bridgette quickly found the perfect home for her by the second weekend and negotiated a great price, she got hers for less than a home down the street and my daughter's had many more upgrades. She kept my daughter informed each step of the way and got a $5k credit for landscaping in the backyard. She also referred my daughter to a loan officer who was able to get her pre-approved at a lower rate and higher purchase price.
