Silvia went above and beyond by hiring an attorney to help me and potential buyers navigate these complexities, providing clear explanations for each issue. This was incredibly helpful and gave me a lot of trust in the process. Since I was overseas, Silvia took care of the condo, hiring a cleaning lady and a handyman for minor repairs.
