•I had never purchased a home before. My late husband and I always bought land and had a home built. Kevin had researched this property and could tell me just what the HOA dues covered, who my neighbors were and answered any questions I had. This was a sought-after piece of property and there were several offers, as well as mine. Kevin, in his wisdom of real estate law, spoke with the listing agent and confirmed mine was the most desireable. Kevin kept me informed every step of the way. He told me every choice and advised me of the consequences of each. At the time all this was going on I didn't have a car, having sold mine in Florida where I lived for 6 months. Kevin not only showed me the property, he picked me up and drove me to look at properties, meet with the inspector, etc. Kevin is just a special agent who goes the extra mile for his clients. I will use him again if the need arises.
