Octavio was spot on for price point to list our home and in a market of frequent price reductions he secured a full price offer for us bettering our expectations. We made this a bit challenging for him with the caveat that we needed to rent back for up to 60 days, which we went under contract at 45 days rent back. With our home being quite special to us, we really loved and appreciated the marketing materials he came up with being keepsake quality. We will certainly be working with Octavio again in the future.
