Let me start by stating that this is the first time I have ever done a review on the internet as it isn't my style. However, for Elise I have no hesitation to do one now. I met Elise by chance months before I even knew for sure I was moving to AZ. Although she knew I may not have gotten a job transfer to AZ (moving from DC), she kept in regular contact with me. She was never persistent, but she was always kind, friendly, honest, down-to-earth, and real. When my job transfer was finally a reality, she worked closely with me throughout the process of narrowing down locations, researching the perfect area for me and my family, and greatly helping me find the right people to get me through the strenuous process. I only had less than 2 weeks to find a home. She took me and my family to over 30 houses (which was more of my indecisiveness than anything else). The entire time she was unbelievably helpful, well informed, and patient. She made us feel like we were absolutely her only clients from our first encounter until we moved into our perfect house. She did a phenomenal job in negotiating the right price, professionally fighting for us, and making sure other additional items that were needed got done. Even after the closing and us moving in, she continues to make sure everything is exactly as we expected. If you want a realtor that will tell you like it is but listens to what you want and need, you truly cannot go wrong with Elise. She's not just your realtor; she really is your partner and confidant throughout the entire process.

Elise was awesome. Very knowledgeable and the only realtor that provided me the information up front as to what I needed to get the best price for my house. She worked with me off and on for 6 months prior to my house even being listed. The house had a solid offer within one week of being for sale and was one of the highest priced houses in the area! Elise spent many hours previewing and driving me around to find another house for me to buy and was patient since I wasn't 100% sure what area I wanted to land in. Very very Happy!

A few of the highlights: Before listing, Elise toured our home and identified areas that needed repair or updating. We agreed with her suggestions. She also supplied us with names of highly qualified tradesman to complete said repairs. Professional quality photos were used to showcase our listing. No point-and-shoot cell phone pics here! Elise is very responsive toward her clients. E-mails, texts, and phone messages were returned in a timely manner (usually less than an hour). Elise negotiated both contracts and structured them masterfully. The timing was engineered in such a way that we were able to close on both houses on the same day, thereby eliminating the need for a double move...just a few nights in a local hotel. In all, we highly recommend Elise Fay for your residential real estate needs. Her knowledge of the Glendale-Peoria-Phoenix market is very extensive.
