•As a first-time home buyer, I have realized that finding a right realtor is as vital as finding a right home suited for our family resources and needs. I am saying this because a happy family in a newly purchased home begins with a happy buyer-real estate agent contractual relationship. Many thanks to Realtor Cathy who had been there all the way for us during the entire process of buying a home. At the outset, she patiently gave us concrete choices and options allowing us to have a clear perspective on home to buy. During the biddings and negotiations, Realtor Cathy had been there for us ready to share her knowledge, views and skills which served as our guide in arriving at a right decision to take. As a new buyer of a home who is not used to the process, she had been beside us and step by step explained with clarity and cohesion our concerns. It definitely gave us the idea of the caveat emptor to consider in buying the home. From the stages of finding, negotiations, perfection and consummation of the sale, it bears to emphasize that she had been there for us representing and protecting our interest as a buyer by creating an environment that is less stressful on our part, without of course sacrificing our feeling of being secured and safe in the whole transaction process. It was not funny we can still call her up from time to time about our home not anymore as our agent but now as a friend of our family. If given a chance to brand a name for exceptional service, professionalism, experience, competent skills and knowledge in buying and selling a home, secure and safe representation in real estate transactions, definitely, it would be Realtor Cathy!
