It definitely gave us the idea of the caveat emptor to consider in buying the home. From the stages of finding, negotiations, perfection and consummation of the sale, it bears to emphasize that she had been there for us representing and protecting our interest as a buyer by creating an environment that is less stressful on our part, without of course sacrificing our feeling of being secured and safe in the whole transaction process. It was not funny we can still call her up from time to time about our home not anymore as our agent but now as a friend of our family. Cathy is the best! She collects the facts not only on the property itself, but the surrounding areas, to provide potential buyers accurate and detail information, so they could picture themselves living in the property. At the open house, Cathy is prepared for potential buyers questions and gives great presentation of the property. It might be a smaller house but Cathy would not do any different than other custom build homes. Sellers can just sit back and Cathy will take good care of them.
