Michele worked with our family for oner two years on acquisition of our home. My wife and I can be very challenging. Michele stepped up to that challenge never pushing us on making a sale, but rather on locating the exact home where we felt comfortable. I would highly recommend Michele due to her local property knowledge, negotiating skill during the acquisition process, and attention to detail throughout the home buying experience.

I am pleased with Michele Curtin’s professionalism. Her knowledge in this industry brought a positive home buying experience. From day 1, she was responsive to my inquiry. I highly recommend Michele to anyone searching for their first home. She was very patient. During all home showings, she answered all my questions and explained other processes when I was confused. In addition, she is so well connected. She provided contacts for other services. Even after the sale, she continued to provide service by reminding me about a deadline for homestead exemption.

Finding our perfect home was easy with Michele's assistance. We gave her all our parameters for our prefered home and location. Within a week we had three homes that perfectly matched our requirements, and then some. One of the homes stood out to us. We worked with Michele to quickly negotiate with the seller's agent and all parties came to a very amicable agreement. Michele finalized the many details and took care of all of the paperwork required. Michele is very professional. She made the home buying/selling process stress-free. We highly recommend Michele to everyone.

WONDER RELATOR AND PARTNER Michele is far more than a Realtor-- she is a homebuyer's partner from listening and assessing a families unique needs, to locating suitable properties, and responding to changing needs and wants in a home. For Michele it is not about the transaction-- it is about the relationship. Our situation was unique in that much of our search and communication with Michele was done from a distance to find a permanent "home base" after more than 30 years of moving around with the Army. The final short list of home nailed 95% of the needs and wants list. Her knowledge of the community helped zero us in within days and she was there to show us the home after surprise Sunday flights to town because we were so impatient and excited to see the properties she found for us. In the end and we could not be happier with our home, community. What impressed me the most with Michele was that even after negotiating, financing, and closing she still heard our needs in transitioning and remained there as a true partner-- and remains one today with recommendations on everything from contractors for home improvements to lawn care assuring we are partners in community with our REALTOR. Anyone can sell a house; alas few can be and remain a buyer's/ sellers partner in community.

RELATOR EXTRAORDINAIR! Professional; Partner; Competent; Artful Negotiator; Skillful Communicator; Gifted Consensus Builder; and Relationship Expert are just a few of the competencies one can expect in working with Michele. Michele found us our permanent home base after listening to "Our Story" and getting to know us and our needs. And the RELATIONSHIP didn't stop with completion of the transaction. The transaction with the beginning of the relationship that continued through our transition ensuring everything was perfect. The highlight of this for us was ironically 5 days after closing hurricane Irma blew in to town and our vacant new home sat vacant; and us near nervous breakdown 1200 miles away-- but there was Michele the morning after with photo and video assurances that our life's dream was indeed OK. Who does that today? A partner in a home purchase which is far more than anyone with a title of Realtor.
