One of the first things that introduced me to Michele was her news letter. Before I even thought of selling our home I seem to know Michele through her monthly news letters. They were very informative not only about real estate but every day life. I won a couple of her Trivia questions and won gift cards. So when we decided to sell it was only logical to call Michele. She was very knowledgeable in her field and even arranged open houses and posted the listing on many social media. I basically didn't lift a finger. I recently engaged Michelle Curtin and her company Cartwright Realty to list and sell my home in the Tampa area. I could not be more pleased with the professional, responsive, courteous and expert services I received in navigating the real estate sales market. Michelle was spot on in gaging the market and recommending the listing price. She was very knowledgeable about staging the home, had an excellent professional photographer to document the home on line, and made an excellent video to post on line of the homes unique features. We went live on a Wednesday and signed a Purchase Agreement the same Saturday. We had a cash offer from a corporation but I selected an offer from a family who was going through the traditional mortgage process. Michelle guided me and the Buyers Agent through the inspection, appraisal and mortgage approval process. There were a few hiccups during this 30-day process but Michelle managed them with skill and expertise and the Closing occurred within 30 days of signing the Purchase Agreement. I would highly recommend engaging Michelle Curtin as your real estate agent if you are buying or selling a home in the Tampa area. She is knowledgeable, experienced and well connected with the real estate agents and title companies in the Tampa area.
