At one point in our careers, we had devoted a decade to buying, building and selling real estate in our home state. In that decade, we worked with dozens of realtors; not one was as good as Sellstate Vision for reading, understanding, and strategically positioning our house in the market. Michele Weed, our realtor, was amazing. She was savvy, smart, and current with FL market movements, and her guidance got us from listing to sale of our Punta Gorda home in approximately 5 weeks. With all the gloom and doom we had been hearing, Michele made our house sale practically painless. We've never met anyone as capable a realtor (and as pleasant to deal with!) as Michele Weed. Savannah is one in a million!! We moved to the area last year and she went above and beyond anything I’ve experienced in a realtor. I’ve bought and sold four houses over the years, and I’m well aware that realtors aren’t created equal. She’s honest, sincere and knows what she’s doing. Savannah truly made me feel like her primary goal was to help me transition. I now think of her more as a friend than realtor. I highly recommend her services!!! You won’t be disappointed!!
