Sellstate Vision Realty is one of best realty agencies my husband and I have ever dealt with. At one point in our careers, we had devoted a decade to buying, building and selling real estate in our home state. In that decade, we worked with dozens of realtors; not one was as good as Sellstate Vision for reading, understanding, and strategically positioning our house in the market. Michele Weed, our realtor, was amazing. She was savvy, smart, and current with FL market movements, and her guidance got us from listing to sale of our Punta Gorda home in approximately 5 weeks. With all the gloom and doom we had been hearing, Michele made our house sale practically painless. We've never met anyone as capable a realtor (and as pleasant to deal with!) as Michele Weed. I would recommend her to anyone; in fact, we DID recommend her to others selling in our neighborhood!
