I met James in January, before the market went crazy! I was determined to find my perfect home so I was being slightly picky as I am a first time home buyer..then the market went bonkers! I was getting my offers denied left and right ..James explained to me that he was still hopeful and was going to do everything he could to find me a home but it was just crazy out here and to try to be as patient as possible , I had given up ..then suddenly there was a house ..then they accepted my offer.. about a month later I am in my home!!! I am so blessed and cannot thank him enough for his devotion and hard work . He has been very kind to me and listened to my wants and needs and worked continuously to help me get into a better situation!! For him I am FOREVER greatful!! Met James by chance and right from the moment we met, I had nothing but a wonderful experience. James worked tireless with me for hours on end, traveling beyond his location distance and was in high sprites every step of the way. His knowledge of areas and roads were vast. All the while having a positive attitude and cooperating to the best of his abilities.
