Keith helped me get out of a stinky real estate deal when another sales agent wouldn’t let us out of a contract. Keith was there to save the day. He then showed us many houses until he helped us find our new home. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He represented us throughout the entire process and didn’t even seem to mind my early AM texts. He really showed he cared to help us find our perfect home for our retirement. It’s not too often that you find a real estate professional that truly wants to help the home buyer. Well, Keith IS that rare professional. We contacted Susan after viewing a home on the website. Within one hour she contacted us and this was on a Sunday. Her knowledge of the Villages was so helpful to my husband and I. I selected James because he responded timely and answered my questions. He did what he said he would do, and when he said he would do it. I was hoping to get a certain amount for my house, but James was able to get me more than that. He could have just put my asking price and sold it for that, but he did the research and told me what the best listing amount would be. Overall, we got $20,000 more than I thought/wanted. It was a great experience working with James because he listened and offered helpful suggestions.
