We Recently sold our home in Ocala, Florida. Our Agent handling the sale was Tammy Gaylord. Tammy provided us with knowledge and professionalism from start to finish. She kept us in constant contact and showed our property on a regular basis. We were amazed at the complete knowledge that she had of every aspect of the sale. Many times she went above and beyond what was expected of her. We will forever be grateful to Tammy for all her help in making what could have been quite stressful into a pleasant experience, therefore, I would highly recommend her in all aspects of real estate.

Purchasing Agent
Maria assisted us in the sale of our previous house. Once our house was under contract, she assisted us in finding our present home. She showed us many, many homes. She forged on. She notified us about our current house and got us the very first appointment the next day to view the house. It was just what I wanted. We put an offer in immediately and it was accepted before the other people viewed it. We were just as happy with our purchase as we were our sale. Like I said before, give her a call. STOP!!! You’ve found your Realtor
My wife and I are investors living in Hollywood FL. We have been interested in Ocala for some time but being out of market, going to see houses can be challenging in-person. After some research, I found Shannon’s contact and go in touch. We share what our goals were along with our expectations and we were off to the races. In today’s market, it’s very competitive and there were several houses that Shannon went to on our behalf. She toured them, took pictures, FaceTimed us etc and gave us the best customer service AND communication in an agent. I’ve worked with other agents over the years and Shannon by far out performed all of them in her professionalism and communication. We closed on a house on 10/19 and couldn’t be happier in our purchase. I HIGHLY recommend Shannon. It’s only a shame she doesn’t work here in Hollywood or I’d use her here too!!!! My loss is Ocala’s gain!
