I normally do not write reviews, but Laurie Truluck did such a phenomenal job selling my house in Ocala that it was worth sitting down and spending some time to let others know. I am an absentee owner and Laurie took over the listing and eased the burden on me to get the house sold in a very timely manner and at a very good price with multiple offers. She kept me abreast of all timelines and took care of all the inspections, surveys, and appraisal. Every hiccup was addressed and taken care of as needed. Her follow-up skills were unheard of in a seller's market where agents normally get the listing and walk away.Laurie should teach a class to all real estate professionals on how to properly handle the sale of residential properties. I would recommend Laurie 1000%.
