▶Katie and I met through a friends referral and was professional and knowledgeable from the start. Having consulted with another agent prior, I had been given a sale price I felt was rather low considering the market. Katie confirmed this and we priced aggressively. Within weeks we had qualified offers yet the buyer we went with posed significant challenges. Katie stood up to the buyers tactics and we eventually got through the process. While we had to go through the usual sales stress, Katie got us to the finish line as I’m sure she will do for the next customer. I strongly recommend her!
