Katie was a very attentive realtor, she definitely knows the condo market and how to get top dollar for your home! She knew what we needed to get our home ready to sell to get us an above asking offer in a very short time. When our buyer had issues that could have made the deal fall through, Katie went above and beyond to identify what issue the buyer was having, resolve it and get the contract closed with minimal delay.
