She listened to all my concerns and questions and answered them in a manner that helped me understand what was happening throughout which provided me the confidence to make such a big decision in my life. Even when I had questions late she would be willing to listen and provide very good feed back. She was considerate and never forcing you to make decisions in haste. Very down to earth.
