My sister-in-law Kathy was selling her fathers house a few months ago, so I helped her find a realtor, that’s when I came across Judy. Meeting Judy right from the beginning, you knew you were going to like her. She has a great personality and we had lots of laughs. She is surely a go getter! We had an estate to sell. Judy did it all, making phone to have an estate sale, she made calls for someone to clean the house, to help the house look better outside, she even made calls to have all the shrubs cut and shaped, and to get the lawn mowed. Then we found out that the septic was no good and a new one had to be put in. Once again, Judy made 3 calls for us to have companies come out to get the best price and company to do the job. Judy was always laughing and joking, but also at the same time getting the job done. She made you feel relaxed that everything will get done and it really eased your mind with all that was going on. Judy had that house sold in less than a week with multiple bids on the house. She sure is a hard worker, a go getter, with a great personality, and she really works very hard for you. Even though it was not my house to sell, I was there all the time and I’ve made a new friend! When I go to sell my house, Judy will be the one I go to. The best of the best!! Thanks to Judy!!
