Andrew was our listing agent for a recent property sale in Orlando. Andrew was very professional and responsive. We are foreign owners/sellers and Andrew was very aware of any and all implications of a foreign transaction. He was also very responsive. He responded almost immediately to e-mail and voicemail requests. That is essential for a good agent. Our place just recently sold and closed all thanks to Andrew and his market knowledge and negotiating skills. My wife and I are happy sellers.
