•Bill was great to work with from start to finish. He was always available, very flexible, and somehow always found a time that worked with our busy schedules. One thing that stood out right away was how responsive he was. It didn’t matter if it was a quick question, scheduling a showing, or asking for documents, everything was done within minutes. We never had to wait around or remind him. We looked at houses all over the Detroit metro area, from Ferndale and Royal Oak to Grosse Pointe, St. Clair Shores, and everywhere in between. He was knowledgeable about pretty much every area we visited and always gave us honest opinions. During showings he would point out the good and the bad, warned us about expensive issues or things that could become a problem later, and never tried to sell us on a house just to make a sale. Overall, he made the whole process much easier than we expected. He was easy to work with, honest, professional, and always looking out for our best interest. I would definitely recommend Bill to anyone looking to buy a home in the Detroit metro area.
