Great Experience!

I can't speak highly enough of Vlad as my real estate agent. We were able to find a perfect investment property in such hot seller's market in FL and he made the process seem easy. His professionalism, knowledge of the local market, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. He is detail oriented, honest, good with people and very involved in a process. Vlad had resources if needed, he was very accommodating and showed homes on my schedule. He treated my house-hunting as he was looking for his own place. I strongly recommend him for your real estate needs!

Margo was very informative, kind and patient with me. I have sold 4 homes, 5 realtors and Margo is the best realtor ever! House was sold in 2 days. She took control of the sale. I did nothing.

This Agent is a GEM!

When you buy a house from out of State, sight unseen, you need an agent whom you can trust to guide you knowledgeably and efficiently. Margo did that for me and so much more. Margo is incredibly diligent, she did not give up on helping me find the exact home I was looking for. Margo visited the properties and video chatted with me to show me what I could not be there to see on my own. She helped with setting up inspections, walking me through the closing process and she made herself available any time I had a question. I truly feel that I could not have done this without Margo's expertise and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a top notch agent.

Margo Klimas: a kind and talented gem.

I worked with two agents before finding Margo. The others didn't work hard for me. Margo worked so hard for it made me feel special, like I was her only client. I heard from her all the time, by email and also on the phone. she understood my situation and was committed to finding me a property ASAP. I had been looking for months in vain. From the moment I first spoke with her I knew I had an ally. She listens. That's a rare quality these days. As a result she showed me only pertinent properties. And in this trying market with so many people bidding for the same property, including greedy corporations willing to pay well over the asking price, Margo kept apprising me as to when to put in a bid— and with good advice always. As a result I bought a nice house sooner than I thought. So for dedication, 100%. For expertise, 100%. For kindness and personality 100%. From my experience, they don't come any better. I never had to ask Margo to do more or do better or work harder and I never had a complaint. She returned every phone call and email I sent to her quickly, and I felt like a pest, but she always got back to me with her cheery disposition. She's very special.
