My senior citizen parents unexpectedly had to move back to NY and I was faced with selling my parents condo in New Port Richey long distance. Ashley Caye was recommended to us by Lucien Lewis, a Coldwell Banker realtor, who recently sold my father-in laws house in Fort Pierce, Florida. I asked Lucien to recommend a full service realtor who would assist me, since I’m out of state, in every aspect of preparing my parents condo for sale. After my first meeting with Ashley, I knew we were in good hands as she was totally collaborative, available 24/7, knowledgeable and full of positive energy. She used her many local contracts to help spruce up and stage my parents condo for sale as she found a handyman, carpet installer, cleaning service, furniture/trash removal company and a fantastic photographer to help present my parent’s home of 20 years in the best light possible. We sold the condo in two days with a great buyers and closed with no issue. Ashley was amazing and I would highly recommend her to any and all sellers and buyers.

Ron's expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction was critical to the successful purchase of my daughter's first home. He was quickly able to ascertain what type of property would best fit the need and helped us navigate the process. This was especially challenging as I do not live in FL and was actively involved in the process. He made it all quite seamless - despite my endless questions. Additionally, we were very interested in closing early and he was not only patient with the repeated requests, but made it happen two days early while managing to negotiate an unexpected concession from the seller. I would definitely use him again if/when I relocate myself.
