The selling of the house was an estate sale. They think like I do which was great! We had a plan and it was executed. I was put in touch with the most professional vendors. Chuck and Katie kept their eye on the property and always followed up. They’re so smart and so compassionate. I’m going to miss them. The house was priced fairly. They’re the absolute best!

Chuck treated this sale as if he was selling his own home. I live out of state and Chuck reported any potential problems with the home while it was on the market before they became real problems. (Weeds, a light bulb out, etc). Chuck took care of some of the issues himself and I was able to take care of the others remotely. I would recommend Chuck.
