Howard understands real estatehe is knowledgeable about market trends and nuanced in his approach as he carefully studies the neighborhood where you are selling or buying your home. Not only does he brings a vast amount of knowledge, he will walk you through the step by step on how to prep your home for open houses, he will connect you through the different agencies needed to sell/buy your home, the mortgage companies, appraisers, movers, etc... we put our house for sale and in two weeks we had multiple offers. Howard negotiated astutely with the différents buyers to get us a price we were comfortable with. More importantly Howard does not believe in transactional deals but in building life long relationships with his clients. In fact we met Howard 6 years ago when we bought the home and he represented the seller. We liked his genuineness and friendly demeanor that we kept in touch and when he was time to sale, I called him. I would recommend Howard to anyone on the market selling or buying a home.

As a buyer's agent, Howard listened carefully to what we wanted in a house, and only directed our attention to properties he thought would suit. He cheerfully accommodated all of our requests to see properties, even when we were all fairly sure ahead of time that this property or that was probably not "the" house for us. When we did find "the" house Howard walked us through the bid and settlement process, and it couldn't have been smoother. As a seller's agent, Howard advised us on what we needed to do to get our house in top selling condition, and after following his advice we ended up settling just over a month from the day we listed, for a price we were very happy with. Howard knows this area, he knows houses, and he knows people. Highly recommend!

My wife & I havd an excellent experience selling our house with Ted's help. Ted gave us tips on how to prepare our house for sale. He helped us determine the best price point for our house based on market conditions at the time and local comps. We had a very sucessful open house which Ted orchastrated. Ted kept things moving through the inspections and closing. he maintained open communication between us and the buyer throughout the process. Ted also advised us during the process of buying our new house in Pennsylvania even though it was outside his licenced area.
