My wife and I moved to Defiance in 2019 due to my job relcation to Paulding. Didn't know much about the area or were to start since it was our first time buying a home. Based on views that my wife had found online. My wife got hold of Tim and looking back we are thankful we did. For most of this process we were living about three and half hours away.
