My wife and I moved to Defiance in 2019 due to my job relcation to Paulding. Didn't know much about the area or were to start since it was our first time buying a home. Based on views that my wife had found online. My wife got hold of Tim and looking back we are thankful we did. For most of this process we were living about three and half hours away. Tim made it so it seemed that distance wasn't a issue. Tim was very flexible with our schedules and get the most out of the time we did spent looking. So thankful we had Tim as our realtor and will ask him again once the time comes to buy the next home!
