Charles was great! We purchased a home on a short sale, and he took the time to address all of our concerns and questions. He was patient with the process, and we were able to purchase my dream home for a great price even with other people submitting offers on the house. Charles was recommended to me by my wife's older brother. He's very professional and great to work with from the beginning. This was our first time buying a house and what we appreciated the most about Charles is his honesty. Loved that he would point out red flags with certain homes and would tell us all the pros and cons he could see. He was always prompt with his communications, he never disappeared on us. And last but not least, we never once felt like he pressured us into buying something we weren't comfortable with. Charles was our agent for about a year and he never gave up on us. We've settled into our house for a year now, and we'll text or email him from time to time with questions and they never go unanswered :)
