Saige was a reliable contact between myself and the sellers. He was in a bit of a difficult position in that I believe the seller's financial situation allowed them little flexibility in even the simplest of issues like providing copies of keys. Saige remained upbeat and positive in all situations and always searched for resolution where possible. We closed successfully at a price both parties were comfortable with.
