Saige was highly responsive especially since we were working FT from out of state- texting helped a ton to move things along. When we came down from out of state and he committed a whole week to help us maximize our time while there to find our perfect home and made great suggestions on where to look. He explained the nuisances of NC to us well so we know what to expect. He always gave us our personal space to explore the properties but easily available to answer questions. Our property deal negotiations were not simple from start to post-closing but even after the ink dried he was there to help us navigate the issues.

As an investor you need multiple members on your team to be successful. And like most teams yours will consist of starters and backup players. Saige Realty is definitely a starter. I told Saige what type of properties I was looking for and he put me in his system which emailed me these types of properties on a regular basis. Once I told him of a property that interested me, he got back to me in less than 24 hrs with all the additional info I requested. He put me in contact w/ a Mortgage broker and other professionals that made the process run smoothly. I closed on the property on 2/19/26. I can't wait to do another deal w/ Saige Realty.

We could not have asked for a better Realtor to work with. He was the first agent to call me when I put a request for information out on Realtor.com and we truly lucked out to work with the best! Saige was attentive in every way to our needs and search parameters and was never pushy. He always anticipated questions, gathered information beforehand, and tracked it down if he didn’t have it to ensure no question was left unanswered. His drive to serve and assist saved us many hours of searching, negotiating, and other back and forth with the seller’s agent and was always available to us from the day we first walked the home to the Law office for closing. This is what sets him apart compared to any other Realtor and we will undoubtedly use him again whether representing us for selling or purchasing.
