North Central Idaho Properties

I'm Brenda Halen, owner of North Central Idaho Properties and a lifelong resident of the area I proudly serve. Having grown up in North Central Idaho, I bring firsthand knowledge of the communities, land, and lifestyle that make this region such a special place to call home. I specialize in rural homes, acreage, farms, timberland, recreational properties, commercial real estate, and investment opportunities throughout North Central Idaho. Whether you're buying, selling, or investing, my goal is to provide honest advice, strong communication, and exceptional results. Since 2021, I have consistently ranked among the top 1% of agents and have become one of North Central Idaho's top-producing Realtors. In 2025, I was honored to be recognized as the #1 agent in North Central Idaho for sales volume among nearly 350 agents. In addition, North Central Idaho Properties has been recognized as one of the region's top-producing real estate teams for multiple consecutive years. What sets me apart is a hands-on approach, creative marketing, and a deep understanding of rural and land properties. Through professional photography, drone footage, video marketing, advanced mapping, and skilled negotiation, my team and I work hard to make properties stand out and help our clients achieve their real estate goals. Real estate is about more than transactions—it's about building relationships, earning trust, and helping people make confident decisions. I'd be honored to help you with your next move.

I like to say that living where you love and loving what you do makes for a happy life. I could not be happier living and working in real estate in the Clearwater Valley. I've spent over 15 years as a licensed real estate agent because helping others love where they live is an absolute passion of mine. This valley is one of the most amazing outdoor playgrounds in the country. My husband of 20+ years and my two teenagers love spending time fishing for bass in Dworshak Reservoir, steelhead and salmon in the Clearwater and trout in the North Fork. Boating, hiking, hunting, camping - it's all here! Whether you need to sell or purchase a first home, vacation home, investment property, commercial property or vacant land, you can count on me and my Team at North Central Idaho Properties to assist you. We have helped hundreds of clients fulfill their real estate dreams and find happiness loving where they live!

I was introduced to real estate through my position as a Transaction Coordinator for the dynamic North Central Idaho Properties Team. Through that role, I became an expert in both contract details and helping to provide seamless client experience. Having learned an incredible amount about the real estate industry, I have developed a passion for the business and for helping clients fulfill their real estate dreams. Now, as a licensed real estate agent, I am positioned to help buyers and sellers from their first contact through closing. Having grown up in North Central Idaho, I bring a wealth of knowledge about the area and an extensive network of vendor referrals to assist with all my clients' needs. Along with my husband and two boys, I love exploring the outdoors and taking full advantage of all the wonderful recreational activities that North Central Idaho has to offer!
