Kyra Quarles was an outstanding agent. We found her by luck when she was the listing agent on a condo we saw listed on Zillow. Kyra took us to other condo options over several days but ultimately, we purchased the first condo we looked at where she was the listing agent. She is responsive, thorough, and organized. She went above and beyond many times for us. The offer was confirmed before we left Florida, but all other aspects of the purchase were done after we left the State. Kyra handled things for us she did not have to do such as arranging to have a locksmith meet her after closing to change the locks for us, My best word to describe Kyra is, WOW.
